Welcome to the Entrepreneurship Division website. Our hope is that you will find the information here to be easily accessible, and especially that it will helpful to you in your career as an entrepreneurship scholar. As you may know, the "vision" of the Entrepreneurship Division of the Academy of Management is: "We grow entrepreneurship scholars."

Under this umbrella idea, the ENT Division has undertaken a wide range of initiatives that are specifically selected to help Division members to benefit from the enactment of this vision. For example, we invite you to view pages on the following:

  • The PDW (Professional Development Workshop) Sessions for scholarly development opportunities during the upcoming Annual Meeting;
  • The peer-reviewed paper submission process, where scholars can submit new entrepreneurship research and receive developmental feedback from peers-both through the review process and through opportunities to present these works at the next Annual Meeting;
  • Division committees and opportunities to volunteer, which enables colleagues to expand professional networks while helping with the operation of the Division;
  • Division history, to connect both new and longstanding members with the people and events that have led to our current standing as a professional body of colleagues;
  • Awards for outstanding achievement, both past and future-which permits us to recognize entrepreneurship scholarship exemplars, and to call forth excellent new scholarship;
  • Other pages that help us to keep current as a professional community, including the various types of feedback and online engagement that keep us vital.

Our plan is for this website to be dynamic-responsive to an ever-larger membership. So please feel free to give us suggestions!
