Communication covers many aspects, but we have chosen to break it down into the four main categories that are most often used in business.  These are then broken down into subcategories as follows:

Verbal communication will cover interpersonal communication, etiquette, hierarchical communication, and public speaking.

Nonverbal communication will cover proxemics, kinesics, haptics, chronemics, and artifacts as they relate to communication.

Written communication will cover business letters, business memos, and newsletters.

Technological communication will cover telecommunications, computer/Internet technology, and video communications.
