UofL Riding & Racing Club 2009

The members of the UofL Riding & Racing Club would like to welcome you to the University of Louisville's student body, encourage you to become a part of our student body, and join us on the road to a bright future!

The Equine Industry Program sponsors the University of Louisville's Riding & Racing Club as an official Recognized Student Organization (RSO). Members may participate in either of its individual options - Riding or Racing - or participate in both.

Ashley Pickett (glasses) won a $1,000 scholarship during the Racing Club's October 2008 visit to Keeneland on College Scholarship Day. Kathlyn Hancock (front) and Peggy Christianson join the celebration from the winners circle.

The UofL Riding & Racing Club promotes the education of its members, not only in an academic setting, but also through the exploration of various facets of the industry.

Membership in the UofL Riding & Racing Club is $20/year. All students participating with the equestrian team or the racing club must be paid members of the UofL Riding & Racing Club.

Monthly meetings are held in room 344 of the College of Business, generally on the first Wednesday of the month from 12:00 - 1:00 and include lunch. (The first meeting at the beginning of each semester vary).
