The University of Louisville Equestrian Team is a member of the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA). We compete in Zone 6, Region 2. The schools in our area are -  Marshall University, Midway, Morehead State University, Ohio University Southern, University of Cincinnati, University of Kentucky, University of Louisville, and Xavier. 
  
Our team is co-ed. We compete in hunter equitation on the flat and over fences in three divisions and in stock seat where riders compete in western pleasure and reining.

Students must be enrolled at the University of Louisville in Good Standing and Full Time status to compete in the Intercollegiate horse shows. Membership in the Riding & Racing Club, IHSA, and enrollment in the lesson program are also mandatory to compete.
